In the interest of honoring Bill Watterson and his "Calvin and Hobbes" comic, I feel compelled to point out that the word is "transmogrified". It's actually in the dictionary and means: "to change or alter greatly and often with grotesque or humorous effect". And here I thought Watterson made it up.
